Orders are processed and handed over to PostNL within 2 working days. Generally, they deliver mail within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands, and within 1 to 3 working days in Belgium.

Orders are shipped as letterbox packages with track & trace, so you can track your order. The cost for this is €4.40 in the Netherlands and €5.50 in Belgium. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Are you not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days. You can find more information about returns here.

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium via the website. You can also order internationally via our Etsy-page.

Where possible, I try to choose eco-friendly materials and packaging:

• As little plastic as possible. Only the washi tape comes in plastic packaging.
• The sticker sheets are printed on FSC-certified paper.
• The business cards are made from 100% recycled paper.
• The paper bundles are made from 100% recycled paper.
